PowerSchool Parent Portal

Grade Book Policies:

• PowerSchool Parent Portal is only opened for Grades 5-8.
• If you have questions regarding grades entered into the grade book, please have your child advocate for themselves. Teachers are always available to answer students’ questions. Do not send emails to teachers to inquire about scores, missing assignments, etc. Do email teachers to set up an appointment to discuss your child’s progress.
• Grades 5-8 students will not be receiving a printed copy of their progress reports as the Parent Portal will remain open in the middle of each trimester for you to view your child's grades. 

PowerSchool Parent Portal Login Information

• You must use a computer instead of a mobile device to register a new PowerSchool Parent account at our PowerSchool Parent Portal website: sfarch.powerschool.com
• The Parent Access ID and Password will be sent home by the homeroom teacher.
• The Access ID and Passwords are only for registering and creating your PowerSchool parent account. 
• Once you have created a PowerSchool parent account, you may continue to use the PS account for the duration of your child's enrollment at STM.
• Use your PowerSchool username and password to log into the portal once you set up your parent account.

PowerSchool App

• You must register your account on our PowerSchool website before you access your account on the PowerSchool App. 

Add another child to your PowerSchool Parent Account

1. After you log into your PS Parent Account, select Account Preference from the menu on the left.
2. Select the Students tab.
3. Click the Add button. 
4. Complete the needed information. You will need the PS Access ID and Password for your child. Each Access ID and Password is unique for each student.
